Using our proven standard approach, we assess and evaluate the Organizational culture maturity of the client’s organization. This process takes typically about 3 months in which we gather all required information through various channels, including online surveys and 1-to-1 interviews, either on-site or online. The results are evaluated using our proprietary EEA evaluation model and reported in our extensive Feedback report, including recommendations for further improvement. These recommendations are specific for the client, the industry, geographic region and challenges.
