Services
EEA, the European organization for Excellence and Agility, offers a range of standard and tailored services. Our standard services include assessments and trainings on Agility, Resilience, Preemptiveness and organizational culture. Tailored services are available upon request and only accepted if they fit to the purpose of our organization.
For every service we deliver, we always follow our own proven standard. Based on our 10+ years of experience, we have developed our standard approach to organizational assessment and certification. This approach ensures all relevant information is captured and taken into account, while managing the time/effort it requires from the organization. Using our integrated approach, we can optionally simultaneously cover Agility, Resilience, Preemptiveness and Organizational Culture, ensuring an efficient and effective execution of the scope of work.
Our standard approach consists of 4 phases
Preparation
We get into a contractual agreement with our client, sign all required paperwork including NDA’s and select the EEA team members, based on the specific requirements of the project (industry, geographic regional, maturity).
Assessing
We start with the phase of General Data Collection, in which we receive and review information about the client, its processes, scores, etc. The outcomes of the GDC are input for the creation of our online surveys. We have a proprietary evaluation model with a library of 400+ survey questions. Based on the GDC, we select the appropriate questions from our library and create a number (~5) specific surveys, to be distributed throughout the organization. Furthermore, we conduct a number of interviews, to validate results from the surveys, gather in-depth information and challenge the entity.
Reporting
The results are processed using our EEA evaluation model and reported in a compact but complete feedback report, not only listing the results but also providing suggestions to further enhance the performance and maturity of the client’s organization.
Certificate awarding
Our approach results in the awarding of certificates, formally confirming the results and the achieved score. Using our certificate, our client can demonstrate its knowledge, skills and competence and prove he meets the specific standards and requirements.
